There are various reasons why Marilyn Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, might be totally screwed up. Those reasons may or may not include an Episcopalian up bringing. But I think it is his mother that may be the driving force (Freud excluded). Manson's mother has saved his foreskin from when he was circumcisized.

 

Barb Warner, Manson's mother, has been long rumored to have kept the foreskin in a small jar, a rumor Manson does not deny. In fact he even jokes about the potential value of it.
