Slash is having the best week ever

This week Slash is a busy man. He is one of the stars in the most anticipated video game release this season, Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock and he has just released a book about his life.

First, he is a character in Guitar Hero III that you must beat in a head to head guitar riff competition. After beating him, you get to play "Welcome to the Jungle" alongside him.

Not only is he busy promoting this fantastic video game, I highly recommend it, but he is also kicking the ass of the publishing world with his published memoirs "Slash."

Slash's travels have taken him to party after party and then The Late Show with David Letterman. On the Late Show, Dave asked him about his current relationship with Axl Rose. Slash said that he would like to clear the air between them and admitted that the bad blood that exists was partly his own vault, caused in part by his bitterness over the breakup of the original GUNS N' ROSES. When David asked if those wounds would ever be healed, Slash said that it's all in the future and left the door open to a reconciliation.

A short clip featuring Slash talking about his relationship with Axl can be viewed on the "Late Show" web site.

As if all of this wasn't enough, he was spotted at the 30th Anniversary show for the Sex Pistols in Los Angeles on Sunday. Does this guy ever sleep? Read the book and find out.
