A loyal reader of BnR.com has requested we unearth some news about Maynard James Keenan's side band Puscifer. Well they made a video for their single "Queen B." You can find it at this location or embedded below.

Puscifer's debut album "V Is For Vagina" is due to "drop" on October 30th. Songs set to appear on the CD include a cover of the Circle Jerks "World Up My Ass" and "Dojo."

"This is absolutely just put-it-on-and-move-your-butt-and-get-completely-out-of-your-head music. This is purely body candy. It's meant to make you feel like I feel when I hear James Brown, when I hear some old Jackson 5 or Aretha [Franklin]. It's just that good feeling - music that makes you feel good." said Keenan to MTV.com.

Puscifer has a revolving rotation. Danny Lohner, Lisa Germano (song writer), Joshua Eustis (Telefon Tel Aviv), Jonny Polonsky, Tim Alexander (Primus), Milla Jovovich (attractive model lady), Matt Mitchell (Tool guitar tech), and Lustmord (artist).

When asked about the project Keenan said:

"I'm on a mission. I've been assigned to be the guardian of a highly classified, highly effective Sonic Weapon of Mass Destruction. This sonic technology when 'unleashed,' if you will, causes parts of the anatomy to vibrate uncontrollably. Not unlike when someone yawns, everyone in the surrounding area will be affected. If executed properly, the subjects will be temporarily distracted from their duties. Their bodies will appear to be abducted by the Soul Train, as if J-Lo were auditioning for the 'Thriller' video. Awe-inspiring. Don't speak a word of it."
