.....And the BNR Rock N Roll Music Video of the Year Award Goes to.....

Operator.  Yesterday we at BlogsNRoses.com were introduced to the Los Angeles based rock and roll band Operator and their debut music video for the title track of their new album, "Soulcrusher". It has been decided after viewing said video, that every music video from this day forward shall follow these criteria:

-There must be a Cadillac hearse driven.

-There must be multiple topless dominatrices driving said Cadillac and acting as pallbearers. (And by topless we are talking full mamma-vision.)

-There must be a combination of medieval weaponry and classic Russian assault rifles.

Coincidentally, all of these elements can be found in the "Soulcrusher" video. As of yesterday we had never even heard of this band, but after witnessing this ‘cinemasterpiece’ we have become instantly smitten by them.

The video alone is genius, but throw in lead vocalist Johnny Strong’s grunge style voice backed with riffs to get you pumped, and we are sold. By pumped, we are basically saying that if Barry Bonds had purchased this album he would have solid proof that he had legitimately broken Hank Aaron’s record.

Look below for the video that’s got us all worked up (Be smart about watching, remember I said there are boobies!):

The album "Soulcrusher" is available for download on ITunes, and will be hitting stores 8/21. You can also check out the songs "Nothing to Lose", "Live Your Way", and "Black Cloud" on the bands myspace page www.myspace.com/operatormusic, or just hit up www.operatormusic.com for other band info.

I hope they don't write another song/album called "Bonecrusher", because that's already been taken:

Actually, a song/video with Operator + Bonecrusher might be quite interesting...

I only have two complaints. 1. I would have liked to be teased a little before seeing naked ladies. 2. That vampire guy should have been speaking in Esperano. And those were clearly not AK-47s.
