Axl Rose is F*ckin Jealous
For those of you keeping score over the past 15 years, Slash, Duff and Matt Sorum are doing slightly better than Axl Rose in terms of current relevance in the rock scene."Drummer Matt Sorum told Rolling Stone magazine that Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose is "jealous" of Velvet Revolver, which features three former members of G N' R, including Sorum himself and guitarist Slash. Sorum said, "Axl is so jealous of our band. Even though he's going out with his Guns N' Roses f***ing bullshit, he's just f***ing jealous and he's trying to tear us down. F***in' Slash is out playing rock 'n' roll and he (Axl) don't like it. It's sad." Sorum referred to an incident in late 2005 when Rose disclosed that Slash had shown up at his house, allegedly slamming his bandmates in Velvet Revolver and asking for his old job back. Although Slash did fess up to visiting Rose's home, he said he went to settle a dispute over royalties"
