According to Rolling Stone Magazine, Jimmy page and Jeff Beck are going on tour as The Yardbird this fall. Joining them on tour will be original bassist Chris Dreja and drummer Jim McCarty. Two people not taking part in the tour are Keith Relf who SHOCKINGLY died in a bathtub and Eric Clapton.

The tour is supposed to start in October. No word on who will replace Keith as the vocalist.

The british blues band lasted until 1968, but Dreja and McCarty have been using the Yardbirds name to pull money out of misinformed old men since 1990. The entire band reunited for one night at their Rock N Shame induction ceremony in 1992.
