It is easier to sit in the present, knowing what you know now, and critique or criticize the past. In 1998, Rob Halford, leader singer of Judas Priest, declared his love for the wang in an MTV interview. The metal community was shocked and horrified that the man they loved and aspired to be was actually homosexual. I suppose they ignored the glaring signs. The only thing he didn't do was suck dick in public.

The band knew of Rob's homosexuality and was fine with it. Most of their videos were very tongue-in-cheek with Rob's gayness. The man pranced around on stage in leather S&M gear, and the burly man in the third row was dressed the same and eating it all up. Perhaps everyone in the 80's were gay, I don't know having been only 8 when the decade ended. But being Catholic, I can attest to having touched and seen many priest's 'communal rods,' or so they called it. It was a pole that when rubbed and licked would spring forth white Eucharist juice that would get me into heaven. I later realized I had been abused, but that is not the point of this blog.

I submit for your edification obvious proof Rob Halford was telling you he was gay.
