You thought you missed Heaven and Hell
Livenation.com has now confirmed that Rob Zombie will support Heaven and Hell in the fall. The only confirmed date is Sunday, September 9 at the Tweeter Center for the Performing Arts in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Also scheduled to appear on this tour is the mighty Queensryche.Zombie will also release his first live album, or as we call it, contractually obligated album release. It will have typical Zombie things like a "36-page super-deluxe book of never-before-seen live pictures and a DVD of live footage and animated videos."
He is also putting the finishing touches on his remake of John Carpenter's Halloween. The move is due out sometime in the fall. Could Halloween be the official release of the movie? Only time will tell.
He is also created a White Zombie box set. The set will include "everything we [White Zombie] ever recorded."
"I am currently transferring all the early shit from the original tapes," he previously said. "No remixing going on here — everything will be as it was originally recorded. Don't know when this box set will be available, but it is slowly moving forward. This will be the final word on White Zombie."
He is juggling so many projects that you would almost expect the quality to suffer. But not Sir Zombie. He has shown time and time again that he can produce a quality product, no matter what. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about his brother.
