I have to imagine that framing Kid Rock for assault isn't the hardest thing in the world to do.  Last week, Mr. Ritchie was at a bar and met a man and woman, who he then proceeeded to invite back to his snakehouse.  It was about this time that his sense of entitlement took control.  According to WMMR in Philadelphia:

Rock allegedly became angry when the woman refused to spend the night, grabbing her twice by the neck outside his house and making her fall into a snow bank as he pushed her toward her car. The man who accompanied the woman to Rock's home corroborated her story, according to local police.

Rock admitted to inviting the pair back to his house, but said that the woman began acting rudely and claimed she would accuse the musician of assault after he asked her to leave.

A third person on the scene, a man, has sided with Rock's version of events. Members of the entire group admitted to using alcohol that night.

This may be one time when being white trash may help Kid Rock.  The judge will take one look at the situation and see that he is being set up.  It looks like he was played for a fool.  If Kid was to grow a rat tail, he could probably get away with murder.
